Refund policy

JDD Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy

Request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns are refunded as JDD store credit for future purchases, for both prepaid and COD orders. Standard returns are not refunded to the original payment method or by bank transfer. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase or your order number is required. Items showing signs of use, washing, alteration or customer-caused damage are not eligible for a standard return.

How to request a return or exchange

Email jddfashion.in@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, product, reason and any supporting photos. For exchanges, include the size or colour you require. Wait for approval and pickup or self-shipping instructions before sending any item back.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the item and packaging so we can investigate. JDD covers return shipping for verified defective or incorrect items. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to inspection and stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, an approved return will be issued as JDD store credit.

Store credit

Approved return credit is issued after the returned item is received and inspected. We aim to issue it within 5–7 business days after approval. We will communicate the credit details to the customer. Store credit is for future purchases from JDD and is not a cash payout.

Return shipping

For returns other than verified defective or incorrect items, applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the store credit. Any applicable charge will be communicated during approval.
