Order processing

Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 business days after confirmation. Sundays and public holidays are excluded. Dispatch time is separate from courier transit time.

Delivery after dispatch

Standard courier delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code and courier service. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays, remote locations, weather or courier delays.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is ₹39 for orders below ₹1,999. Orders of ₹1,999 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The applicable charge is shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the available order notification channel. Please use the tracking link to follow your delivery.

Address and delivery issues

Please provide a complete address, correct PIN code and reachable phone number. Contact us promptly if you need an address correction before dispatch or if a parcel is delayed, missing or damaged. If packaging appears tampered with, document the issue and contact us for assistance.

Returns and exchanges

Exchange or return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Approved standard returns are refunded as JDD store credit, subject to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law. Contact us before sending any item back.
